- Pin integration behavior to the canonical Commercial OpenAPI and the /api/v1 path.
- Treat newly documented optional fields as optional until your client explicitly supports them.
- For a future breaking version, test in Customer Sandbox, compare request and response schemas, then change the base path during a controlled rollout.
Current contract #
The backend-owned Commercial OpenAPI remains authoritative for request bounds, response schemas, and public errors.
