POST /api/v1/check-recipient requires verification:read, Authorization: Bearer $GOWALY_API_KEY, and Content-Type: application/json.
Decision support #
GoWaly returns a risk level, risk score, report count, and recommendation. Your application decides whether to proceed with a transfer. GoWaly does not execute or authorize it.
